Tara began at CSANR in 2010. Her work focuses on technology and ways to engage audiences with CSANR research. Tara also manages the RFP and reporting processes for several Center-based grant programs. Prior to coming to CSANR, Tara spent seven years at WSU King County Extension promoting sustainable land and water use practices.
Tara earned an M.S. in Environmental Horticulture and Urban Forestry from University of Washington and a B.A. in Biology from Whitman College. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Solomon Islands where she taught science and mathematics in secondary school.
