| Impacts and Outcomes: | The symposium reached over 100 people. About 75 filled out evaluation forms. They rated the event an average of 4.2 out of 5 for high quality educational experience. 95% said it increased their understanding of the impact of farming practices on food quality. Steve Jones partnered on a research project funded by QLIF (EU funding) as a direct result of the symposium. Verbal feedback from participants was very positive, many saying it was the best educational event they had attended in a long time. | |
