Aba joined CSANR as of February 2018, bringing her experience as Project Manager and Event Coordinator with the Cascadia Grains Conference and regional Agro-tourism events to her new position. Areas of focus include outreach programming, sustainable event planning, fundraising coordination, and regional farm marketing and promotion. Aba spent eight years as a Farmers Market Manager in addition to Marketing and Branding support through the Jefferson County Farmers Market, providing project management and marketing resources focused on local food awareness, agro-tourism initiatives, and sustainable systems management.
Aba earned her B.A. in Public Administration with a focus in Integrative Media from the Evergreen State College. While an undergrad, she also served as Event Coordinator for the School for Designing a Society in Urbana, IL.
