Bee Cha develops, implements and coordinates the Hmong Agricultural Education Programs at WSU Extension. He reaches out to and partners with multiple local, state, and national government agencies and NGOs to assist, advance, and foster Hmong refugees and other immigrants. Bee offers WSU Cultivating Success classes, workshops, on-farm mentors, one on one consultation and farm walk activities. He earned his BS (Physical Science) from Washington State University and earned an MBA (Finance) from City University of Seattle.
