Nicole Bell joined CSANR as a science communications intern in February 2021. Her work focuses on developing science briefs and outreach materials based on the results from the Climate Adaptation and Mitigation in Fruit and Vegetable Supply Chains project. Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, she has always had an appreciation for agriculture and pollinators. She earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from Oregon State University and will begin a M.S. in Horticulture in the fall of 2021. When not in a lab or at her computer, Nicole enjoys teaching yoga, cycling, and walking her yellow lab Bella.
