Climate Toolbox

Explore climate data with the Climate Toolbox.

The Climate Toolbox is a collection of two dozen interactive web applications that make climate and water data accessible for decision-making. It includes maps, graphs, and dashboards to visualize past climate trends, monitor real-time conditions, and explore future projections across the United States.

Tools help users track drought, water supply, and wildfire risk; examine future crop suitability and vegetation change; or compare scenarios for temperature, precipitation, and streamflow. Designed for agriculture, natural resources, and community planning, the Climate Toolbox connects science to practical applications.

The Toolbox was developed by the University of California, Merced with partners including the Climate Impacts Research Consortium, NOAA Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments, NOAA NIDIS, the North Central and Northwest Climate Adaptation Science Centers, and the USDA Northwest Climate Hub.
