BIOAg is the flagship grant program of CSANR, designed to engage WSU faculty in advancing biologically intensive, organic, and sustainable agriculture in Washington.
The program primarily funds projects that help faculty generate preliminary data for major grant proposals, while also supporting completion of high-impact research and exploration of promising new directions.
BIOAg application process
Only WSU faculty may apply for BIOAg grants. Review the Request for Proposals (RFP) for eligibility requirements, timelines, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. Faculty must letter of intent before the full proposal. Use the templates below and follow the submission instructions in the RFP.
