Molly McIlquham is excited to join the team at CSANR as a new Extension Coordinator, where she will focus on communicating the work done by the Soil Health Initiative. Molly developed her passion for agriculture growing up on a small beef farm in Northwest Wisconsin. While pursuing her B.S in crop and soil science at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, she was a member of the soil judging team and interned with the USDA-NRCS during the summers. Recently, Molly received her M.S. from Washington State University with her thesis focusing on soil health in wine grapes systems in Washington. She spends most of her free time outdoors, hiking, crosscounty skiing, and paddleboarding.
